Terms for using AFTERARC

These terms apply when you download or use AFTERARC, a mobile game for iPhone and Android provided by Pranav Garg.

Effective 12 October 2026

Using the game

For the iPhone version, your license to use AFTERARC is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. For the Android version, Google Play’s Terms of Service apply to your use of Google Play and its billing and gaming services. These terms supplement those platform terms and do not limit rights they give you. You may not disrupt, cheat, automate play against public leaderboards, or misuse the game.

The game, its visual design, audio, code, text, and original content remain the property of Pranav Garg and applicable licensors. Apple, Game Center, Google, Google Play, Google Play Games, and other third-party names remain the property of their owners. The software notices list included components.

Scores, Run codes, and saved progress

Run codes repeat a structured starting point under the current rules, but an update may change outcomes, balance, or content. Scores, unlocks, run history, and checkpoints are entertainment features. They may be corrected, rejected, reset, or become incompatible when needed to address defects, cheating, corruption, balance, or service changes.

Eligible scores may be sent to Game Center or, for Android adult profiles, Google Play Games when you choose that platform service. Android restricted profiles keep scores local. Do not submit manipulated or automated scores.

Android age profile

Before play begins, Android asks for a date of birth or offers a choice to continue without one. The app calculates age on the device using an age-18 cutoff, immediately discards the date, and stores only an adult or restricted profile. Anyone under 18, and anyone who continues without a date, uses the restricted profile. Until the screen is completed, advertising, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Google Play Games are not activated.

Ads and network access

On iPhone and Android adult profiles, the game may offer optional rewarded advertisements, a banner on the pause or results screen, and occasional interstitial advertisements between runs. Android restricted profiles can receive only G-rated banner ads, requested with child-directed treatment and under-age-of-consent treatment; rewarded and interstitial ads are disabled. Banners use a reserved footer slot and ads do not cover the active board or interrupt gameplay. Watching an available rewarded ad for one recovery is optional. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes in-game ads and makes the shared recovery ad-free. Ad availability depends on the age profile, regional privacy choices, and provider availability. The full game can be played offline; haptics and optional reminders are local device features. Ads, purchases, platform leaderboards, privacy forms, analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics can require an internet connection. Your carrier or internet provider may charge for data use.

Purchases

Where available, Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple on iPhone or Google Play Billing on Android. It remains available for Android adult and restricted profiles. Its localized price is shown before purchase. It removes in-game ads and makes one shared recovery per run ad-free: Continue, or Rewind when eligible. A run that uses either recovery is not eligible for the competitive leaderboard. Pending, cancelled, or otherwise unresolved store purchases do not grant the entitlement. On iPhone, StoreKit provides the verified Apple Account entitlement; on Android, the app queries the current Google Play account and acknowledges completed non-consumable purchases on-device. Android restricted profiles do not send an app-defined analytics purchase event. The app has no purchase-verification server. Apple or Google handles payment, purchase authorization, and refund requests under its policies. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants ad removal. There is no subscription or recurring charge for Remove Ads.

Health and accessibility

The game uses motion, flashes, sound, and on-device vibration. Reduced Motion, volume, visual quality, and vibration controls are available in Settings. Stop playing if you experience discomfort.

Availability and updates

We may update the game, rebalance it, add or remove features, change device or operating-system requirements, or discontinue it. Updates may be needed for connected features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of every local save, or continued support for every device or iOS or Android operating-system version.

Disclaimer and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pranav Garg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the game or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Ending use and contact

You may stop using the game and delete it at any time. We may suspend connected features for abuse, fraud, leaderboard manipulation, security risks, or a material breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions can be sent to pranavgarg@gmail.com.
