By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully. You may not copy or modify the app, attempt to extract its source code, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app belong to Pranav Garg.
1. Usage & Responsibilities
TaskBash is provided "as is". You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may impair security and app functionality.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
2. Updates & Termination
The app may be updated periodically to add features or fix bugs. Requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue use. The Service Provider may also stop providing the app without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must stop using the app.
3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- No guarantee: TaskBash is a productivity tool but cannot guarantee improved performance or results.
- Data loss risk: The Service Provider is not liable for loss of progress or custom data resulting from device issues, iCloud sync failures, or account changes.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Use of the app after changes implies acceptance.
