This privacy policy applies to the TaskBash app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pranav Garg (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed with privacy as a core principle. The Service Provider collects minimal information:
- Tasks & content: Your tasks, habits, and notes are stored locally on your device and synced via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to your private iCloud container. The Service Provider does not have access to this data.
- Usage Data: No personal analytics or tracking behavior is collected by the Service Provider.
- Device Data: The Application may access device capabilities (like Haptics and Notifications) but does not transmit this data externally.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to platform services required for the app's functionality (Apple iCloud). The Application uses:

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so it can be deleted.
