The Lexora app stores and processes data you provide in order to deliver the service (e.g., study progress, decks, and purchases). You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may impair security and app functionality.
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Certain functions require an active internet connection. If you are on a mobile network, your carrier’s data charges may apply, including roaming. You are responsible for such charges.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the app updated and accurate, Lexora relies on third-party services and content. The Service Provider accepts no liability for losses (direct or indirect) resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality or content.
The app may be updated periodically. Requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue use. The Service Provider may also stop providing the app without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
