Drizzl 1.1 questions

What happens to my artwork when I update?

Drizzl 1.1 starts with a fresh canvas. Canvases from the previous native app and older experimental versions do not import into it. Keep any images you want to preserve before updating. Images already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere stay in their destination.

I already bought Fluid Pack or Remove Ads.

Your existing App Store purchases carry over. Fluid Pack becomes Unlock All, which includes Water, Slime, Goop, Solid and Rope and removes interruptive ads. Remove Ads remains a separate purchase.

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. In Drizzl, open More, then Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. If restoration fails, check your connection and try again. Contact support with the message shown if you still need help.

How do I change sound and haptics?

Open More, then Settings. Adjust Sound and Haptics independently, including turning either off. The effects respond to what you do and how the materials move. Haptic feedback depends on device support.

If a combination sounds harsh or repeats when the canvas is resting, tell us the materials and tool you used. That detail helps us reproduce it.

Do I have to complete the ideas?

No. Journal ideas are optional. You can return to free play whenever you like. Choosing an idea does not replace your existing artwork.

Where does my artwork go?

Your working canvas is stored on your device. Use Save Snapshot in Settings to keep an image. Exported and shared copies are handled by the destination you choose. Rewind and recovery are helpful during play, but they are not a cloud backup.

How do I manage reminders or advertising privacy?

You can turn notifications off in Drizzl or in device Settings. In Drizzl Settings, Manage privacy choices appears when Google's consent service makes privacy options available. On iPhone and iPad, tracking permission is also controlled in system Settings.

Declining tracking does not remove ads. See the privacy policy for what information the app and its services process.

I use assistive technology and need help.

Tell us which device and assistive technology you use, and which control or action you were trying. We welcome reports about focus, spoken descriptions, contrast, text size and sensory comfort. You do not need to send a recording to report a problem.
